Main&Station is an art gallery/bookstore/café in the small town of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. While staying at their beautiful, old post office Judith and Harvey requested me to do some signage for their business. Searching the building for inspiration I found that on the facade of the old sandstone/brickbuilding the Canadian Post had chiseled-in sans-serif letters to mark the building as a post office. I replicated the chiseled letters and gave them a fitting appearance to suit the purpose of the building today while keeping the oldschool character of the letters.
